At Plas Dinas we believe that each and every wedding should be very individual and unique, allowing for the happy couple's personalities to shine through and ensure your day is exactly as you had dreamt it would be.
We offer a "Daytime Only" Wedding/Reception package for up to 60 guests and and Evening Reception package when you have more than 60 guests. You can choose either, or combine the two for a truly exclusive celebration to remember!
Please note, these prices are intended as a guide only and will depend on your own requirements, numbers of guests and time of the year. Your day will be tailored to suit your plans and can be as small and intimate or as large and lavish as you wish.

A Daytime Only Wedding / Reception
As Plas Dinas is a small nine bedroom country house, it suits perfectly an intimate wedding celebration with a select few close friends and family. We offer a daytime only wedding and reception as follows:
Venue fee from £250
Our elegant Drawing Room is available for your civil partnership ceremony from £100 in addition to the Venue fee.
Sit down wedding breakfast:
(Minimum 20 guests, maximum 28 guests)
(Your service can commence anytime between 11:00am and 12noon)
from £60 per head
Includes –
Two glasses of cava, orange juice, Pimms or Bucks Fizz after the ceremony
Three canapés per person served with your drinks
Background music during the reception
Use of the gardens and hotel for your reception and photographs
Three course sit down meal in the Gun Room (max 12) or Dining Room (max 28)
Half a bottle of house wine per person with your meal
One glass of cava for toasts
Coffee and chocolates served in the Drawing Room
Waitress bar service until 3:30pm

Relaxed buffet reception:
(Minimum 40 guests, maximum 60 guests)
(Your service can commence anytime between 11:00am and 1:00pm)

Includes –
Two glasses of cava, orange juice, Pimms or Bucks Fizz after the ceremony
Background music during the reception
Use of the gardens and reception rooms for your reception and photographs
Executive finger buffet served in the Gun Room
Cash bar open until 3:30pm
An Evening Reception
An evening celebration in a marquee:
(Minimum 60 guests, maximum 150 guests)
As Plas Dinas is set in fifteen acres of beautiful grounds, we can provide a marquee evening reception if you have more than 60 guests. We only allow a small number of marquee receptions a year, making Plas Dinas a very exclusive venue to hold your celebrations.
The following costs are in addition to those quoted above for a daytime service and reception:
Venue fee - from £3000 (dependant on time of year)
Includes –
Exclusive use of the house and grounds from 4:00pm Friday to 11:00am on Sunday.
Overnight accommodation for up to 18 guests in our 9 individually styled bedrooms on the Friday and Saturday evenings, including full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Marquee – from £4500 (dependant on marquee specification)
Includes –
Marquee with linings, electrics, hard wood flooring covered in brand new carpet, lighting, windows, double doors, dance floor, chairs and tables, luxury toilets, catering tent, generator and mobile bar. Marquee pitching fee, electricity and water.
A standard evening buffet is from £18.50 per head.
A disco available from £250 (a £50 facility fee is made if you provide your own entertainment).
